How we handle this information.
We follow Japan's Act on the Protection of Personal Information (APPI). In short:
- Everything you upload is encrypted and stored in Tokyo.
- Only TabiTots reviewers can open it, and you can ask us to delete it anytime.
What we collect
The provider and contact details on this form, the program details you enter, and the documents you upload to verify your provider. We don't collect anything about the children or families who later book.
Where it's stored
All application data and documents are encrypted at rest on servers located in Japan (Tokyo region) and are not transferred outside the country. Access is limited to the TabiTots review team.
Your rights under the APPI
You may ask us to show you, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you and your provider at any time. Email hello@tabitots.com and we'll take care of it.

If a document shows a My Number (個人番号), black it out before uploading if you can.
Our reviewers remove any that remains, and we don't keep your My Number.
