About

A parent-and-child karate class held at Chishirodai Wakaba Elementary School, in Chiba’s Wakaba ward. A child and a parent train together for about an hour in the traditional Wadō-ryū style — posture, courtesy, and solid basics in a warm, unhurried group. A parent can watch from the side, or step onto the floor and train alongside their child. Held Saturdays 10:00 – 11:00 AM and Sundays 1:00 – 2:00 PM. Complete beginners and visiting families are warmly welcome — no uniform needed.

What to bring

  • Easy-to-move clothes
  • A drink

Karate is practiced barefoot — no shoes or uniform needed. Ordinary sportswear is fine.

Cancellation

Free to cancel until 24 hours before, no refund after.
