- Additional charges
- Customers are responsible for their own data/communication costs. An optional paid extension (up to the provider's closing time) and a late-pickup fee may apply where requested or incurred — each based on the provider's per-30-minute extension rate (the late-pickup fee at 1.5× that rate, prorated per minute with a 30-minute minimum, after a 15-minute grace), as set out in the Terms of Service. No other additional charges apply.

The card is saved at the time of booking submission; nothing is charged or held at that point. The charge is made when the free-cancellation window closes — the provider's cancellation cutoff before the booked drop-off time: 24 hours, 3 days, or 7 days depending on the provider (24 hours unless the provider has set a longer cutoff). For bookings of multiple days: consecutive days — and an overnight or multi-night stay, counted in nights — form one continuous run, charged as a single charge at that cutoff before the run's first drop-off; non-consecutive days are independent bookings, each charged separately at that cutoff before that day's drop-off.
For bookings made less than 24 hours before drop-off, the booking is submitted as a request to the provider. The card is saved but not charged; the charge is made at the moment the provider accepts the request. A temporary hold may be placed on your card when you submit the request; it is captured only if the provider accepts, and released otherwise. If the provider declines or does not respond within the response window, nothing is charged.
- Discounts, rewards, and gifts

Referral rewards and discounts have no cash value and reduce the amount payable for a booking. The full program terms are in our Terms of Service.
A purchased gift holds no stored value and is charged only on use: the gift-giver's card is charged when the recipient applies the gift to a qualifying booking, on the same schedule as that booking. If the gift-giver's card cannot be charged, the recipient may complete the booking by paying themselves.

- The service is provided at the provider's premises on the date and time selected at booking.
- Cancellation and refunds

Free cancellation up to the provider's cancellation cutoff before the program start time — 24 hours, 3 days, or 7 days depending on the provider (24 hours unless the provider has set a longer cutoff); a continuous run of consecutive booked days (including an overnight or multi-night stay) cancels only as a whole, up to that same cutoff before the run's first day. After that, no refund is available, including for illness or other unforeseen circumstances. We recommend that travelling families carry travel insurance to cover such cases.
If our partner provider determines at drop-off that your child is unwell — for example, fever of 37.5°C or above, vomiting, or suspected contagious symptoms (e.g. visible rash, head lice), etc. — the booking is treated in the same way as a late cancellation: non-refundable, with the provider paid in full. We recommend that travelling families carry travel insurance to cover such cases. If the provider declines drop-off because your child cannot be safely settled into the group, that day is refunded to you, less the non-returnable payment-processing fee.
