Midori Piano Lesson

Individual piano lessons in Kyoto. From children aged 4 to adults, each lesson is tailored to the student’s own goals and wishes, in both classical and popular music. You can choose a 30-, 45-, or 60-minute lesson. Beginners start with the “First Piano Lessons with Peter Rabbit” method and build the fundamentals carefully. Lessons can be held at the teacher’s home, at your home (she travels to you), or at a rental studio (areas served: Nakagyō, Higashiyama, and Shimogyo wards and around Kyoto City).

Midori Ogawa (Piano instructor) Graduated from the Music Education program at Nara University of Education and completed its graduate school. She belonged to the piano research laboratory, studying under Noriko Maeda. Qualifications: Advanced (specialist) teaching licenses for elementary school, lower-secondary school (music), and upper-secondary school (music).
